How long can I expect a response to my email?

We endeavour to answer all queries within 12 hours.

However, the following departments have the following deadlines.

Technical Support - Shared Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting
Mon-Fri: 4 hours during business hours
Sat-Sun: 12 hours during business hours (indicated on SLA)

Sales - All services
Mon-Fri: 12 hours during business hours
Sat-Sun: 12 hours during business hours

These times are guidelines only.  Most support tickets are answered on average, within 2 hours.
